With a heart to reach the unchurched, uncommitted and undecided in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, Randy Bezet launched Bayside Community Church on September 8, 2002 with a team of just 20 people. Named in Outreach Magazine as the 12th Fastest Growing Church in 2010, Pastor Randy along with his staff and a team of volunteers reach out to the community each weekend. Randy, his wife Amy and their four children, Jordan, Connor, Dylan and Emily live with a passion to build healthy families and show the community the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.

Troy Gramling is the Lead Pastor at Potential Church (formerly known as Flamingo Road Church) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Pastor Troy has led Potential Church to an average weekend attendance of almost 14,000 across six campuses, along with a Pastor on the ground in Asia to soon launch the seventh campus (5 national, 2 international). In addition, in the last decade, they have partnered to plant 15 local churches around the world. Pastor Troy excels in leadership development and is well known for his extreme creativity in designing unexpected worship experiences. A few of those unique worship experiences have been captured in such creative series as: "ivescrewedup.com," "MyNakedPastor.com," "The Bed," "RationaLies," "ivemissed.com" and "TheGiftRevolution.com." Pastor Troy’s vision is fueled by his passion and his burden to partner with people so they can reach their God potential.
