6AM // Kerri Weems

Celebration Church, Jacksonville, FL

Kerri Weems is the wife of Stovall Weems who pastors Celebration Church, a dynamic and thriving church in Jacksonville, FL. Kerri is passionate about leading the women of Celebration at a local and international level. In addition to being a gifted pastor, teacher and conference speaker, she produces and hosts Celebration Church’s annual women’s conference, Shine. Every year, the conference reaches hundreds of women from the greater Jacksonville area, throughout the United States and from around the world. In 2011, Shine also expanded to Africa for the very first Shine Zimbabwe. Kerri has also fostered Celebration Sisterhood, which exists to empower women to be compassionate, courageous, and free. Sisterhood places value on womanhood at every stage of life. Through weekly Bible studies, monthly Sisterhood meetings and teachings on her blog, Sisterhood reaches across the scope of Celebration’s multiple campuses. Kerri and Stovall have three children, Kaylan, Stovie, and Annabelle.

12PM // Robert Barriger

Camino de Vida, Lima, Peru

Robert and Karyn Barriger are the senior pastors of Camino de Vida, one of the most innovative churches in Latin America and a church that lives to make Jesus famous. Camino de Vida acts as a bridge for reform, encouraging churches all over
South America to extend their influence into the community through social responsibility, and through bringing key biblical principles to the forefront of daily life.

Robert and Karyn met in Bible College in 1975, and were married in August of
1976. “She was the best looking girl there, and when I realized her passion for missions, that was it.” The couple moved to Peru with their two young children in
1983, and in 1988,with just a dozen people, started Camino de Vida Church (CDV). Today the church has over 8,000 members, 1 orphanages, a rehabilitation home for
young girls who deal with eating disorders and other destructive habits. Along with these homes, CDV has an extensive outreach network in Peru through their non-profit ministry Alcance. They are strong believers in the irreplaceable value of the local church.  As the  church comes together, works with humility and has passion to serve others, God’s glory can really begin to be seen on the earth. 

Pastor Robert is also president of CDV Network - providing resource and help to churches throughout Peru.

Pastor Karyn oversees the Worship and Arts ministry and CDV’s Women’s Ministry   - “Ellas”. Her creative insight has given the face of the church in Latin America a new look and a fresh glimpse into the heart of God. Karyn’s Recent fight with cancer is inspiring believers all over the world to believe God. Liken ever before and to rest in his love and in his bold grace.

Robert and Karyn’s dream is to leave a legacy in Peru, positioning the church to
be a blessing for generations to come.  Robert and Karyn are so thankful to have a church full of such lovely people and to have their children and their spouses, Taylor & Chana and Pedro & Jenna, working together with them in the ministry. Robert
and Karyn spend their free time with their three beautiful grandbabies, Sebastian
Alessandro and Mischa.
